Cancel Policy
Please contact us immediately. Please be sure to include your order number and a message stating that you wish to cancel your order. We can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. However, we are unable to cancel your order if it has already been processed. In this case, please contact us after you have received your item to make a return.
Changing an Order
If you discover a typographical error in your shipping address or require other changes, please contact us immediately after receiving your order confirmation. We will do our best to make the change for you, but we cannot make any guarantees. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any further changes.
Returns & Exchanges
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.(Note: Please return to the designated address according to customer service requirements).
4.Goods returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
You have 14 business days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Charge
If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you,and you are not required to bear the shipping fee.(You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is a quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.)
If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at their own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
