How to store candles
Store candles in a cool, dark, and dry place. High temperatures or direct sunlight can cause the surface of the candle to melt, which will affect the diffusion of its fragrance and result in insufficient scent release when lit.
- Before lighting a candle, trim the wick to 5-8 millimeters;
- For the first burn, allow the candle to burn continuously for 2-3 hours. Candles have a "memory", so if the wax around the wick is not evenly heated and completely melted when initially lit, subsequent burning will be confined to the area around the wick. Increase Burn Time Increase Burn Time
- Always keep the wick trimmed to 5-8 millimeters. Trimming the wick helps the candle burn evenly and prevents black smoke and soot from forming on the candle holder;
- Ensure the candle is not placed in a drafty area while burning, as wind can cause uneven burning and reduce the candle's lifespan
